Sea Cadets visit 179th Airlift Wing

Members of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadets Corps visited the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, OH, March 07, 2015. The cadets got a chance to tour a C-130H Hercules as well the fire department. Members of the Aircrew Flight Equipment section also gave a demonstration on night vision goggles, land and water survival kits.

The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps is a non-profit youth program for Americans ages 11 through the completion of high school. They are composed of more than 396 units in 46 states, including Guam and Puerto Rico.

They provide compelling, life-changing programs that instill the values of teamwork, discipline, camaraderie and service through our passionate all-volunteer force and our partnerships with our nation's armed forces.
